GENERAL MANAGER AND LEGAL DIRECTOR

BERITAH NAMIKOYE LUSWETI

Beritah is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and a Certified Professional Mediator. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, a Certificate in Information Technology from the Kenya College of Management and Information Technology and a Mediation Certificate from Edcani Mediation Consultants and Trainers. She has vast experience both as an Immigration Consultant and as a Practising Advocate. She therefore doubles up as our General Manager, Legal Advisor where purely legal matters are involved including the compliance with the requisite Laws and as a Litigation Advocate if and when the need arises.

LINDAH NAFULA MAKHAPILA

Lindah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology (JKUAT). Her zeal to venture in Immigration Consultancy arose when she joined our company in the year 2018 and after rigorous training in matters immigration, she chose to divert from Microbiology to Immigration Consultancy. Due to her splendid and extraordinary work, she rose in our company from an Intern in Matters Immigration to the Head of Clients’ Services.

Moses is a trained Criminologist who holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminology from Egerton University, Nakuru Campus. He majorly manages and coordinates the flow of services and information within our company coupled with studying several patterns that would in return help resolve issues that arise from our client’s criminal records if any or paper work with a view of formulating a strategy that would help prevent such issues from happening in future. He is also responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process, from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery. He is the main contact that accompanies all our clients to the immigration offices if and when the need arises.
